On Tuesday, September 7, 2010, the San Francisco Symphony and Music Director Michael Tilson Thomas welcome operatic superstar Jessye Norman onto the stage of Davies Symphony Hall to launch the Symphony’s 2010-11 season!
 
We hope you will join us for this unforgettable evening.  Amidst the grandeur of City Hall, the cocktail reception and formal Symphonix Dinner are an exciting and glamorous prelude to the Opening Gala concert.  Following the performance, the evening continues with two after-parties featuring live entertainment and dancing.

Monday, June 7 - Davies After Hours Preview Dinner

Join Symphonix for an intimate dinner at Bisou Restaurant to preview the final Davies After Hours performance of the season. Starting at 6:00pm, enjoy a three-course French meal created by Chef Nick Ronan exclusively for Symphonix members, along with two glasses of wine and the spectacular company of your fellow Symphonix members.

This Friday 6.5 Series concert features Michael Tilson Thomas's remarks before the complete works are performed. The music of Vienna through the work of two very different native sons. Schubert's lyrical Rosamunde Overture and his Unfinished Symphony are juxtaposed with Berg's Seven Early Songs.

The 2008/2009 Symphonix Trilogy Series ends on a high-note with a complimentary exclusive after-party at the Bambuddha Lounge sponsored by San Francisco Magazine. This is complimentary for Symphonix members and concert ticket holders; all others may pay $30 at the door. Bambuddha Lounge is located inside the Phoenix Hotel at 601 Eddy Street.
